Sharon is an enthusiastic and expert teacher of A-Level English Literature and inspires her students with a creative and imaginative approach. Her methods have proved highly successful and her students regularly exceed their target by up to two grades. In 2010, Sharon’s classes obtained a stunning 26% of A* grades and very few of these students were ‘typical’ high achieving students.

Anton has 20 years experience in secondary education, holding posts including Head of Department, exams officer and Director of Studies. An Independent Schools Inspectorate inspector, he spearheaded the introduction of IGCSEs in his own school and enjoyed the success it garnered in becoming one of the top schools in the South-West for KS4 to KS5 value-added scores.

Kim has been Head of MFL and now Senior Leader for Teaching & Learning for over a decade in three high performing academic schools. He has conceived and led numerous department and whole school initiatives. One of only three De Bono Master Trainers, Kim has also delivered INSET to schools around the country.

Caroline is a local authority adviser with a focus on raising standards and literacy. She has been Ofsted trained and runs training on all aspects of teaching and learning around the country. She has lead a successful pilot project on raising the number of A*-C grades in GCSE. Caroline is always an inspiring and energetic speaker.

Brian has 18 years of successful subject leadership and is a former local authority school improvement adviser and Ofsted Registered Inspector. His courses have been described as "Outstanding" and are renowned for their practical and informative approach.

Bob has supported over 200 schools and Local Authorities to improve G&T provision. Bob has published international G&T resources as well as Local Authority G&T policies. He is also the managing director of Searching for Excellence.
