Dr Susan Jones is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Exeter, working alongside Debra in research on literacy teaching. She has a particular interest in gender and literacy; but not stereotypes about boys not liking creative writing!
Debra Myhill
Professor Debra Myhill is a Professor of Education at the University of Exeter. Her research focuses on language and literacy teaching, particularly writing and grammar and talk in the classroom. Debra makes grammar come alive, with no mention of split infinitives or hanging participles!
