Caroline Bentley-Davies is established trainer and teacher. She works across the country in Secondary, Middle and Primary schools and has trained in the Middle East. She is SIP and Ofsted trained, but most importantly still teaches lessons in schools and colleges. Her book ‘How to be an Amazing Teacher’ has been a best seller and under lines her key practical advice and ideas.
Caroline’s main areas of interest are Middle Leaders, and Leadership, Assessment for Learning, and Improving Teaching and Learning, moving Teaching and Learning to Outstanding.
The practical nature of her training means that her Behaviour Management courses for NQTs are always oversubscribed, and her experiences of teaching Outstanding Lessons herself mean that she is often requested by ASTs and as a key note conference speaker in schools and colleges.
Caroline runs revision sessions for GCSE pupils and is an A Level and GCSE examiner. She also runs training for teachers about helping pupils with revision skills and improving examination success.
She has under taken research in Boys’ Achievement and also writes about Gifted and Talented students.
