Pippa Leslie
Pippa is an inspirational trainer who works with schools, nurseries and community organisations to develop and embed innovative programmes that support high quality, emotionally resilient approaches to leadership and learning in Early Years settings.
Pippa initially worked in Early Years and Primary settings as a classroom teacher and in a Senior Leadership role. During this time she developed a particular interest in learning preferences and thinking skills methodologies. She currently works as a Learning and Teaching Consultant for Cumbria Children’s Services and nationally as a CPD and in-service provider.
Over the last seven years Pippa has developed her practice at all phases. In addition to the facilitation of CPD she works with clusters of nurseries, schools, FE colleges and community organisations to develop and embed innovative programmes, which support emotionally resilient approaches to learning at all phases.
Pippa’s interactive workshop will offer participants an opportunity to explore a range of leadership issues and provide practical strategies for the development of outstanding practice.
