Joe Walsh Joe has over thirty years’ experience in education as a teacher, inspector, adviser and consultant. He has extensive experience of supporting primary schools in developing the English curriculum and improving teaching and learning. Joe strongly believes in an imaginative and creative curriculum and he focuses on providing practical and engaging strategies for planning and teaching the new primary curriculum.

Barbara Conridge Barbara Conridge has over twenty five years’ experience as a subject leader, advisory teacher and curriculum adviser for English and Assessment. She is currently an education consultant and Primary Chair of the National Association for the Teaching of English, and is an accredited APP assessor. Barbara’s passion for helping young children develop their language and literacy skills has dominated her teaching career. Barbara has extensive experience of the new English curriculum through her involvement and discussions with national organisations, including the Department for Education when the curriculum was created.
