Five questions to consider

How do you know that your leadership practices explicitly link to higher levels of student learning?

How do you ensure consistency of teaching practice across the school?

How do you encourage staff to leave their comfort zones and acquire a richer repertoire of teaching practices?

How do you organise professional learning based on collaboration?

Can you plan your curriculum offer in a way that increases both standards and enhances student learning and confidence?
