Osiris Teaching Intervention

The Osiris Teaching Intervention (OTI) programme aims to immediately improve teachers’ practice, developing reflective practitioners who are capable of sustaining their own improvement. The school-based intervention focuses on improving challenge, feedback, and engagement in the classroom

How does it work?

When you book the Osiris Teaching Intervention you will be assigned an expert instructional coach who will evaluate your schools’ needs and deliver OTI’s three modules of learning.

After the modules are implemented, feedback is provided for each, including strengths and areas that need further development.

The intervention takes place in your school over two terms during the school year. Delivered by carefully selected and quality assured trainers, the programme draws on the best educational pedagogy.

What are the benefits?

Bringing about lasting change isn’t easy. Here at Osiris, we understand the need for improvement across all levels. The programme accelerates the process of individual development, transforms your school’s teams, and allows the senior leadership team to concentrate on the operational side of improvement.

It is a proven process underpinned by research, which aims to raise the standard of teaching across the board and improve teacher’s confidence. Leaving a sustainable impact across the school.

Why choose Osiris?
