Rob is a published author, with many of his books and interactive learning software receiving widespread praise and usage. As a former headteacher, he has extensive knowledge of raising achievement across schools at every level of education. He is nationally renowned for his excellent work with numerous schools, academies and colleges on improving the quality of teaching and learning.

Deeply passionate about ensuring sustainable improvement, Rob has worked with primary schools through to colleges in order to maintain continuity and progression in the planning of school improvement strategies. Armed with his significant experience, both theoretical and practical, Rob supports teachers to understand and meet the needs of each individual student, creating the right environment for learner progression.
