All our Visible Learning consultants have been approved by Professor John Hattie and are accredited Visible Learningplus consultants for the UK.

Craig Parkinson is Osiris Educational’s most experienced Visible Learningplus consultant, having presented to hundreds of teachers and senior leaders across the UK — several of whom are working towards Visible Learningplus School accreditation.

Wendy Delf has over 20 years of teaching. She is an accredited Visible Learningplus UK consultant which has developed her passion in ensuring that all teachers are equipped with the skills to nurture enthusiastic, enquiring and independent learners.

Laura Kearney has worked as a Headteacher at a rapidly expanding school and led the development of Visible Learningplus within the school. She has led schools in challenging circumstances through successful Ofsted, HMI and LA inspections, with a strategic vision that translated into practice. Laura is a Visible Learning Licensed Consultant who brings her first-hand experience of the Visible Learningplus programme to her training.

Helen Blanchard has extensive experience as a mathematics teacher, AST, subject and senior leader. Coupled with her more recent experience as a school inspector and consultant, Helen is dedicated in helping teachers to see how Visible Learningplus can make a real difference.

Hil Gibb is judged outstanding as both a teacher and headteacher, and is a passionate and experienced coach and trainer in both education and business. She has a successful Master Practitioner and Coach in NLP, with a Degree in Psychology & Education, and Masters Degree in Leadership.

Janet Couser spent her teaching career in secondary schools, she has since provided extensive training on how to implement, deliver and assess the new primary curriculum for literacy and English, devising simple to use, measurable systems for life after levels.

Rose Hague has extensive experience in teaching and has held a number of management positions in New Zealand schools. Previously a Research Fellow at Otago University and an Advisor in Assessment, Rose gained a short term exchange to the Scottish Government and has also worked for Learning Teaching Scotland in the area of assessment for learning. In her last 5 years in NZ she had a senior role in assessment at the Ministry of Education.

Martin Morgan is a former headteacher, backed by a track record of success in the schools he has worked at and is driven by the desire to motivate learners through creative curriculums and outstanding teaching practices. Martin is a leadership expert and has helped numerous schools transform their leadership, teaching and learning and pupil outcomes with his practical ideas and simple solutions.

Sarah Philp previously worked as a Principal Educational Psychologist and has seen first-hand the impact that Visible Learningplus has had in Scottish schools. Now trained to present the programme, she works closely with support staff, NQTs and local communities to ensure that everyone is involved in the Visible Learning journey. She delivers the programme to schools and conferences throughout Scotland.
