Susan, an outstanding qualified teacher, has been an early years inspector for over 14 years, working for Ofsted and Tribal. During this time, she has been in over a thousand provisions, ranging from childminders with one child on roll right up to national chains. With her unique insight into the characteristics of effective daycare, she has invaluable early years knowledge. Susan also has a post-graduate diploma as a Dramatherapist.
