For the last quarter of a century, he has worked with the world’s top educationalists (including John Hattie, Carol Dweck and Bill Rogers) to bring pioneering and innovative training to teachers and leaders across the UK and around the world (90+ countries).

Stephen has developed and supported award-winning educational programmes including: the Osiris Teaching Intervention, Collective Leadership and Visible Learning plus. His latest cutting-edge mission, Teacher Land, is centred on creating a worldwide online system for teacher and learning development.

Stephen taught in a variety of schools for 12 years before turning his attention to teacher development. He is an Honorary Fellow at the University of Cumbria and mentors a number of educational organisations.
