Programme Structure:

The OTI Individual Programme has a three-module structure which takes place over two terms. Each module starts with two professional learning sessions delivered to a cohort of teachers. Individual observation and feedback sessions will then be scheduled with each teacher to help support their own personal journey so that teachers can integrate these new habits in their day-to-day teaching.

Part 2 of the Engagement module. Practical strategies to ensure ALL pupils are engaged in learning ALL of the time.

Film and unpick

1:1 observation dates will be agreed with each individual.

Each teacher will be observed and filmed applying this new learning to their own teaching practice.

One-to-one coaching

1:1 feedback dates will be agreed with each individual.

Our expert will unpack each teacher’s practice and give instant pointers and  strategies for improvement. Each member of the cohort will receive written feedback, consisting of lesson commentary to identify strengths and areas for further development.

These new skills are taken back to the classroom. The impact is measured in every lesson for every student.

Celebration Day

The Celebration date will be agreed at the end of the programme.

A chance to celebrate the impact of the programme. Delegates will unpick their personal journey and outline how they will integrate these new habits in their day-to-day teaching.
