Transform your leadership to transform your school’s teaching in just 12 weeks.
Collective Leadership helps your leaders become one team: sharing responsibility, improving teaching together and building the collective efficacy that drives lasting school improvement.
Even strong schools can have a significant gap between classrooms. Closing it takes more than another training day – it takes a shared approach to developing teachers.
From individual leaders to collective impact:
An expert instructional coach evaluates your school’s needs and delivers three core modules: Engagement, Feedback, and Challenge.
Schools invest in Collective Leadership because they see it change how their leadership team works together, not just what individual leaders know. It’s grounded in what actually drives school improvement: Collective Teacher Efficacy, real trust, and practice that spreads.

Thinking it through before you commit your leadership team? Here’s what we’re asked most often.
Two terms. That’s a two-hour scoping session and five one-day modules, each 4–6 weeks apart, so there’s time to put the thinking into practice between sessions
Collective Leadership complements OTI, but OTI is not a prerequisite. Or it can work on its own as a stand-alone programme.
We help you select suitable cohorts during your scoping session—from middle leaders who are just too busy to those needing extra support.
Absolute clarity on your next steps, full instructional material to support ongoing development, and Learning Portfolios that log and sustain your progress.
That’s the difference between leadership development and Collective Leadership.
