Transform teaching and learning in just 12 weeks.
The Osiris Teaching Intervention is an independently evaluated professional learning programme that brings immediate and sustained change to classroom practice, without disrupting your existing school day.
You want every pupil engaged, challenged, and moving forward. Most professional learning ends where it should begin, with temporary enthusiasm rather than daily habit change.
Professional learning budgets have never been more important. Schools need evidence that investment leads to better classroom practice, not simply positive course evaluations. That’s why OTI continues to grow through recommendation.
See the OTI Honours Board, to hear from some schools who have recently done OTI.
Teachers taking part in OTI improved their classroom practice by at least one level, giving schools confidence in measurable, lasting impact.

An expert instructional coach evaluates your school’s needs and delivers three core modules: Engagement, Feedback, and Challenge.
OTI is a structured 12-week programme delivered in your school, not a single training day. Here’s exactly what happens, and what you’ll have to show for it.
An Osiris consultant meets your SLT before anything is scheduled, to understand your context, priorities and where teaching quality currently sits.
Every teacher in the cohort is filmed teaching a normal lesson. Starting with an honest, independently reviewable starting point, rather than a self-assessment.
Across the programme, each teacher receives individual coaching from an Osiris consultant, focused on three specific, evidenced levers: Engagement, Feedback and Challenge.
Between sessions, teachers work through guided reflection so new practice becomes habitual in everyday lessons, not just performed for the observed one.
Learn a process that will carry you through your improvement as a teacher for the rest of your career.
A consultant-authored report sets out individual and cohort-level improvement in plain terms, built to be shared with governors and inspectors.
OTI has become one of Scotland’s most trusted professional learning programmes because it aligns with how Scottish education already thinks about improvement.
As a GTCS-approved programme supported by local authorities for funding, OTI gives schools a trusted route to improving teaching quality.
Most professional learning ends where it should begin; with enthusiasm, not evidence. OTI is built around practice, coaching and reflection in your own classroom.
