How long does the programme take?
Visible Learning+ runs over three years, with 17 training days and ongoing support built around your school(s).
Is it a fixed programme?
No. It is not prescriptive and looks different in each school. It starts with a School Capability Assessment and sets baselines and focus areas for your setting.
Who should take part?
Every teacher and leader. School leaders, impact coaches and teachers each have their own training, so the whole organisation moves together.
How will we know it is working?
Evaluation tools run through all three years. You gather and evaluate evidence, and measure your impact on student learning against your starting baseline.
