Michelle Carter is an experienced teacher, consultant and trainer who has worked abroad as well as in the UK and outside the education system in a variety of roles.

She has spent 18 years teaching children from age 3–13 and 3 years training school staff both off-site and in-house in areas such as teaching and learning, classroom management, behaviour management and emotional intelligence.

Michelle is dynamic and energetic and is particularly pro-active in empowering people to create more positive, healthier and happier schools.

Her other areas of specialisation include Circle Time, creating a supportive learning environment, playground and playtime development, P.S.H.E and Citizenship, school councils and work with support staff.
