Dr Helen Drury is the founding director of Mathematics Mastery,and has more than a decade of experience as a mathematics teacher, head of mathematics , senior leader in challenging urban schools and as director of maths for the ARK schools network. She has a PhD in mathematics education and was on the Department for Education working group that drafted the new national curriculum.
